What's the lead time?
2–3 weeks hand-assembly, 3–5 days freight within the continental US. Full tracking provided at ship-out.
Can my dog really use this, or is it only for giant breeds?
The Arena Elite works beautifully for dogs from 12 kg up. The 180 kg rating is the ceiling, not the target. A Belgian Malinois or a standard Labrador will use this treadmill exactly the same as a Mastiff — but the motor never strains on either.
Do I need a rehab background to use the programmable protocols?
No. The 12 presets cover conditioning, rehab, and sport-specific scenarios with full handler instructions. A 20-page program guide ships with every unit.
Is installation included?
Included on orders shipping within the continental US, Canada, and the UK. Elsewhere, we coordinate with regional certified installers — usually $150–$300 depending on floor access.
What happens if something breaks?
We maintain a 48-hour parts dispatch for motor, electronics, and belts. Frame is 10-year warranty — we've replaced two frames in three years, both under warranty, both within 10 days.
