Shipping Destinations

K9 Keep Fit ships to all 50 United States. Freight-only items (commercial treadmills, kennels, hydrotherapy pool kits) ship to addresses accessible by a 26-foot truck. Canadian shipping is available on select items via freight carrier — contact us for a quote.

Transit Times

  • Small items (under 50 lb): 3–5 business days via standard ground carrier (UPS, FedEx Ground)
  • Medium items (50–150 lb): 5–7 business days via standard ground or freight
  • Large freight items (150+ lb): 7–14 business days via LTL freight, curbside delivery, with scheduled appointment call-ahead

Shipping Rates

Free standard shipping on all orders over $149 within the continental United States. Below $149: flat-rate shipping calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

Freight items have flat-rate freight shipping of $149–$349 depending on destination and product. Exact rate shown at checkout.

Order Processing

Orders placed before 12:00 PM PT on business days ship the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM PT or on weekends ship the next business day.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed within 24 hours of shipment. Freight shipments include a 48-hour advance appointment call from the carrier.

Damaged or Missing Shipments

Inspect all packages on delivery. Photograph any visible damage before signing for freight shipments. Email support@k9keepfit.com within 48 hours of delivery for damage claims — we replace damaged items at no cost.

PO Boxes and APO/FPO

We ship to APO/FPO addresses on items under 50 lb. PO Box deliveries are available for small items via USPS.
