30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from delivery to return any unused, unmodified item in original packaging for a full refund. Items that show signs of use, teeth marks, hair, or modification are not eligible for refund.
Items Not Eligible for Return
- Custom-sized apparel and harnesses
- Supplements and consumables (opened)
- Hydrotherapy pool kits after installation begins
- Gift cards
How to Return
- Email support@k9keepfit.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We respond within one business day with a prepaid return shipping label for items under 50 lb, or freight pickup instructions for larger items.
- Pack the item in original packaging with all included accessories and protocol cards.
- Attach the return label and drop off at any UPS or FedEx location.
Refund Timing
Refunds are issued within 5 business days of our warehouse receiving the return. The refund appears on the original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Exchanges
For size or product exchanges within 30 days, we waive return shipping on the exchange. Exchanges on custom-fit items are evaluated case-by-case.
Warranty
Most K9 Keep Fit equipment carries a 2-year manufacturer warranty against defects. Commercial-grade items carry 5–10 year structural warranties. See product pages for specifics. Warranty claims are separate from returns — email support@k9keepfit.com with your order number and photos.
Damaged on Arrival
If your item arrives damaged, photograph the damage before accepting the shipment and email us within 48 hours. We replace damaged items at no cost.
